The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment Division, Denver, Colorado, is awarded a $1,904,796,810 single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Raytheon Co., managed by Collins Aerospace, Marlborough, Massachusetts, is awarded a $42,480,191 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0042126F1391) under a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001925G0009). This order provides technical, engineering, and restoration services in support of air traffic navigation, integration, and coordination systems for the Navy.
