This contract provides Commercial Buying Services (CBS) for non-standard and difficult-to-support standard items through comprehensive logistics support, parts procurement, and repair services to Foreign Military Sales customers across the Air Force, Army, and Navy. Work will be performed at Warner Robins, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by September 1, 2039. This contract involves foreign military sales to more than a hundred foreign partner nations. This contract was a two-phase, competitive acquisition with four offers received in phase one and three proceeding to phase two. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8630-26-D-B001). Amentum Technology Inc., Tullahoma, Tennessee, has been awarded a $150,000,000 ceiling indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for a new Survivability Test Stand. This contract provides for design, procurement, and installation of a new Survivability Test Stand for the 704th Test Group. Work will be performed at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by September 2031. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,433,000 are obligated at the time of award. DSD Laboratories Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, has been awarded a $60,000,000 ceiling indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for Air Force Materiel Command Logistics Information Technology System(s) Agentic AI Sustainment and DevSecOps. This contract provides for enterprise system sustainment, DevSecOps implementation and automated CI/CD pipeline management, continuous cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization to Operate (ATO) maintenance, cloud and legacy platform administration, system integration and codebase refactoring (DataOps), tiered desk support, and comprehensive user training. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, as well as contractor facilities, and is expected to be completed by September 20, 2031. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and one offer was received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance in the amount of $2,648,900 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA860426DB012). Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $13,678,156 ceiling contract modification (P00019) to a previously awarded contract (FA8730-23-F-B039) for Contractor Engineering Technical Services V for the Royal Saudi Air Force. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $121,772,242 from $108,094,086.
