This contract provides for radar modernization on B-52 aircraft, equipping them with the new AN/APQ-188 radar. Work will be performed in Forrest, Mississippi; El Segundo, California; McKinney, Texas; and Warner Robins, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 20, 2031. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement, Air Force funds in the amount of $46,008,396 are being obligated at time of award with the initial delivery order. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8628-26-D-B001). (Awarded Aug. 21, 2026). Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $215,934,576 contract modification (P00018) to a previously awarded contract (FA8820-24-C-B001) for Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) Site 2. This modification provides pre-construction long-lead items, antenna hardware, antenna manufacturing, and pre-construction tasks for the DARC Site 2 radar. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $495,375,991 from $279,441,415. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2030. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $51,443,472 are being obligated at the time of award. The Space Systems Command Directorate of Contracting, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity. (Awarded on Aug 24, 2026). The Boeing Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been awarded a maximum $162,966,689 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursement, and firm-fixed-price delivery order (FA8628-26-F-B002) under an existing indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (FA8628-19-D-1000) for B-52 production and sustainment. This contract provides for the manufacturing, production, kitting, and delivery of B-52 Bomb Rack Modernization System kits in support of the B-52 Radar Modernization Program. Work will be performed at San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 20, 2028. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement, Air Force funds in the amount of $34,952,225 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. (Awarded Aug. 21, 2026). Eastern Shawnee – Bay West JV LLC, Overland Park, Kansas, has been awarded a $14,499,783 firm-fixed-price services contract for the Fairchild Air Force Base Optimized Remediation. This contract provides for environmental remediation activities to achieve performance objectives at 13 Installation Restoration Program sites. Work will be performed at Fairchild AFB, Washington, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 16, 2035. This contract was a competitive small business acquisition and two offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,221,298 are being obligated at the time of award. The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA890326C0017). CORRECTION: The $27,408,016 contract awarded to University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico (FA9453-26-C-X021), on Aug. 24, 2026 was not awarded. ARMY UTM Ltd., Bury St. Edmunds, United Kingdom, was awarded a $257,402,691 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of 5.56mm M1042 loose and M1071 linked marking ammunition cartridges for use in the Close Combat Mission Capability Kit. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 24, 2031. Army Contracting Command, Newark, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (W15QKN-26-D-A102). Griffon Aerospace Inc.,* Madison, Alabama, was awarded a $132,978,776 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to procure Griffon Outlaw systems, support equipment and field service representatives for system use and employment. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2026. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-F-0404). (Awarded Aug. 10, 2026). Georgia Power Co., Atlanta, Georgia, was awarded a $92,250,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for electrical distribution services. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 25, 2026. Army 419th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Stewart, Georgia, is the contracting activity (W9124M-26-F-A089). AEVEX Aerospace LLC, Solana Beach, California, was awarded a $77,771,982 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for AEVEX Casper 1 and 3 systems, support equipment, and field service representatives. Bids were solicited with three received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2027. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-F-0399). BWAY Corp., Atlanta, Georgia, was awarded a $31,710,221 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the manufacture and delivery of PA154, PA157, and PA191 mortar ammunition metal containers. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 24, 2031. Army Contracting Command, Newark, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (W15QKN-26-D-A094). InfoCAL JV LLC, Ashburn, Virginia, was awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to execute the Transition Assistance Program, managing participant throughput and delivering curriculum and services to ensure eligible service members meet mandated career readiness standards and have their completion documented in the government's system of record prior to separation. The amount of this action is $23,562,115 with a total cumulative face value of $79,665,638. Bids were solicited via the internet with 10 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 3, 2029. Army Field Directorate Office, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9124D-26-D-A014). FSCX Inc.,* Lawton, Oklahoma, was awarded a $12,259,163 modification (P00016) to contract W9124G-24-C-0001 to provide Full Spectrum Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape Level-C instruction and support services. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $37,594,288. Work will be performed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 25, 2029. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $1,524,902 were obligated at the time of award. Army Field Directorate Office, Fort Eustis, Virginia, is the contracting activity. (Awarded Aug. 24, 2026). MGE Engineering Inc.,* Sacramento, California, was awarded a $10,188,308 firm-fixed-price contract for levee and floodwall design of reaches two and three of the Pajaro River, with a total cumulative face value of $11,707,286 if all options are exercised. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Watsonville, California, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 26, 2031. Fiscal 2022 civil flood control and coastal emergencies funds in the amount of $10,188,308 were obligated at the time of award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco, California, is the contracting activity (W912P7-26-C-A023). NAVY Castelion Corp.,* Torrance, California, is awarded a $89,997,162 firm-fixed-price order (N6833526F1192) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N6833526G0006). This is a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III effort for SBIR Topic AF231-D026 entitled “Low Cost Highly Manufacturable Long Range Strike Weapon Production”. This effort derives from the Phase I, II and III efforts, and is to provide engineering, technical, logistics, and manufacturing services to advance the Blackbeard Hypersonic Weapon system to an Early Operational Capability (EOC). This effort funds Defense Exportability Features design modifications to accelerate export. Additionally, this Phase III effort will support development of 50 EOC weapons and transition to a Navy Program of Record. Work will be performed in Torrance, California and is expected to be completed in August 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Defense Wide) funds in the amount of $50,000,000; fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,769,419; and fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $24,227,743 will be obligated at the time of award, $24,227,743 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity. U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND SeaCube Leasing International Inc., Montvale, New Jersey (HTC71124DW028/P00012); Textainer Equipment Management U.S. Ltd., San Francisco, California (HTC71124DW029/P00011); and Triton Container International Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda (HTC71124DW030/P00010) have been awarded three option period indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity, fixed-price modifications. These modifications have an estimated program face value of $45,900,000, bringing the estimated total cumulative face value of the program to $137,392,873. These modifications are to extend the term of the contract to obtain leasing and transportation services of intermodal container equipment under the Master Lease Contract – II) program. The contract encompasses intermodal equipment leasing and transportation services, IT management for leasing operations, and comprehensive container support functions to bolster government missions and exercises worldwide during peacetime, contingencies, disasters, and humanitarian operations, including the maintenance, repair, inspection, leasing, and acquisition of intermodal equipment. The option period of performance is from Sept. 1, 2026, to Aug. 31, 2027. Funding is fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2027 operations and maintenance funds. The U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY The Lighthouse for the Blind Inc.,** Seattle, Washington, has been awarded a maximum $20,248,160 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for wide mouth canteens with and without caps. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Aug. 24, 2029. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2029 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-26-D-B012). Bren-Tronics Defense LLC, Commack, New York, has been awarded a maximum $9,794,375 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for AU CSEL rechargeable battery units. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. This is a four-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Aug. 23, 2030. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 Army working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland (SPRBL1-26-D-0014). DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded an $11,455,836 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (HT001426CE015) to provide scientific leadership, traumatic brain injury (TBI) subject matter expertise, and non-personal services support to advance the mission of the Defense Health Agency's Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence. The contractor will support military-relevant human subjects research to advance the science of TBI, translate research findings into military- clinical decision-making tools, and improve patient care and operational readiness. The contract also provides expertise to develop, disseminate, implement, and train military healthcare providers on clinical practice guidelines and clinical recommendations related to traumatic brain injury, blast injury, and brain health. The period of performance is Aug. 26, 2026, through Aug. 25, 2027. This requirement was competitively procured through a negotiated acquisition, with two offers received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds were obligated at the time of award. Performance will occur in Silver Spring, Maryland, and other locations identified in the performance work statement.
