This is a five-year base contract with no option periods. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts (90%); and Jacksonville, Florida (10%). Work is expected to be completed by August 2031. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds in the amount of $198,221,333 will be committed at the time of award to fund delivery order (N00383-26-F-UA01) of which $148,666,000 (75%) of that amount will be obligated, and will be awarded concurrently with the contract as an undefinitized contract action and those funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Subsequent delivery orders under the resultant contract will be funded with appropriate fiscal year working capital funds (Navy) and those funds will not expire. One source was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer was received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00383-26-D-UA01). The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment Division, Denver, Colorado, is awarded a $1,904,796,810 single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The contract utilizes a hybrid pricing structure with predominantly firm fixed price contract line items (with selected items subject to an economic price adjustment) and one cost contract line item. The contract is for Marine Corps Garrison Food Services. This contract provides for full food service at 46 mess halls and seven satellite facilities located at Marine Corps installations within the contiguous United States. Work will be performed at mess halls in California (50%), North Carolina (25%), South Carolina (18%), Virginia (3%), Arizona (2%), Maryland (1%), and the Washington, D.C. (1%), with an expected completion date of September 2031. This contract includes one five-year option period which, if exercised, could bring the cumulative value of the contract to $4,064,897,053. Fiscal 2026 military personnel (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $10,000 are being obligated at the time of award. This contract was not competitively procured but rather directly negotiated and awarded pursuant to the authorities at 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(5) and 20 U.S. Code Section 107. The Marine Corps Installation Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (M95494-26-D-0001). Raytheon Co., managed by Collins Aerospace, Marlborough, Massachusetts, is awarded a $42,480,191 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0042126F1391) under a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001925G0009). This order provides technical, engineering, and restoration services in support of air traffic navigation, integration, and coordination systems for the Navy. Work will be performed in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed in August 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $955,933 will be obligated at the time of award. This order was sole source. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity. AIR FORCE Cherokee Nation Government Solutions LLC,* Tulsa, Oklahoma (FA521526D0001); SSE BB&E JV LLC,* San Antonio, Texas (FA521526D0002); and KIRA Services LLC,* Juneau, Alaska (FA521526D0003), were awarded a ceiling $400,000,000 multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for civil engineering services Pacific. This contract provides for advisory and assistance services for comprehensive engineering, logistics, program management, and project support throughout the Pacific theater. Work will be performed at multiple locations in the Pacific theater, including Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii; Andersen Air Force Base, Guam; Kadena Air Base, Japan; Yokota Air Base, Japan; Misawa Air Base, Japan; Eielson AFB, Alaska; Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska; Wake Island; and other locations, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 1, 2031. Task orders may be issued by Department of War, Pacific theater contracting offices during the five-year ordering period beginning Sept. 1, 2026, and ending Sept. 1, 2031. These contracts were competitive acquisitions, and five offers were received. Fiscal 2026 funds in the amount of $9,000 ($3,000 per awardee) are being obligated at the time of award. The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity. The State of New Jersey, Trenton, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $75,370,213 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for full food services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. This contract provides for food services at dining facilities on the Dix area of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Work will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2031. This contract was a sole-source acquisition, and one offer was received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $8,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (FA4484-26-D-0010). (Awarded on Sept. 1, 2026). Able Aerospace Services Inc., Mesa, Arizona, has been awarded an estimated $16,767,128 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for UH-1N helicopter transmission assembly overhaul. This contract provides for the overhaul of transmission assemblies applicable to UH-1N helicopters. Work will be performed at Mesa, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and two offers were received. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8524-26-D-0001). BlueHalo LLC, Huntsville, Alabama has been awarded a $11,243,255 Cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (FA2384-23-C-0006 P00025) to previously awarded contract (FA238423C0006) for Aiman Improved Readiness. The modification brings the total face value of the contract $41,240,260 from $29,997,005. Work will be performed at Beavercreek, Ohio and is expected to be completed by Feb.13, 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $32,147 are being obligated at the time of award. Arista Aviation Services LLC, Enterprise, Alabama, has been awarded an estimated $10,449,813 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for UH-1N helicopter dynamic component overhaul. This contract provides for the overhaul of dynamic components applicable to UH-1N helicopters. Work will be performed at Enterprise, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2031. CORRECTION: The contract (FA8501-25-C-000) modification (P00001) awarded to Aleut Construction LLC,* Reston, Virginia, on Aug. 31, 2026, was awarded with the incorrect amount. The correct amount is $52,525,333. ARMY Garney Federal Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, was awarded a $141,268,687 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new river water intake and pump house facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Kingsport, Tennessee, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 29, 2029.
