Contracts For June 3, 2026

NAVY

BlueForge Alliance, Bryan, Texas, was awarded a $400,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-2135) to support planning, resourcing, coordinating, and uplifting the Submarine Industrial Base. Work will be performed in Bryan, Texas, and is expected to be completed by September 2027. Non-appropriated funds in the amount of $200,000,000 (50%); fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $144,963,691 (36%); and fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $50,000,000 (13%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Air Center Helicopters Inc.* Burleson, Texas, was awarded an $82,842,593 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C1236) to provide Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) services. The Detachment will be forward deployed worldwide for extensive periods at sea. It is anticipated that the detachment will be primarily assigned to Combat Logistics Force ships of the T-AKE class and used to meet Seventh and Fifth Fleet requirements. The contract contains a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and an option to extend services for up to six months in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8. This contract will be funded incrementally in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 252.232-7007 using Navy appropriated funds that do not expire. Contract performance will commence on July 25, 2026, and will conclude on Jan. 24, 2032, if all options are exercised. The procurement was solicited via the Government Point of Entry website, and one proposal was received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Detyens Shipyard Inc.,* North Charleston, South Carolina, is awarded a $13,425,560 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C0007) for the 90-calendar day shipyard availability for the post-shakedown availability of Military Sealift Command's expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Point Loma (T-EPF 15). This contract includes a base work package and two unexercised options for additional work and time which, if exercised, would increase the cumulative value of this contract to $13,458,685. Work will be performed in North Charleston, South Carolina, beginning Aug. 3, 2026, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $13,425,560.00 are obligated and will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with proposals solicited via the Government wide Point of Entry website and two offers were received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

AeroVironment Inc., Simi Valley, California, was awarded a $117,306,232 firm-fixed-price contract for procurement and delivery of 82 AeroVironment P550 unmanned aircraft systems to provide organic reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition capability for battalion commanders and their organizations. Bids were solicited online, with 10 received. Work will be performed at locations to be determined, with an estimated completion date of July 23, 2026. Fiscal year and fund type will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-G-0005, W58RGZ-26-F-0334).

Griffon Aerospace Inc.,* Madison, Alabama, was awarded a $67,940,895 firm-fixed-price contract for procurement of Outlaw Gen 3 in support of Operation Epic Furry. Bids were solicited online, with one received. Work will be performed at locations to be determined, with an estimated completion date of March 30, 2027. Fiscal year and fund type will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-G-0062, W58RGZ-26-F-0326).

Redwire Defense LLC, San Luis Obispo, California, was awarded a $15,857,020 firm-fixed-price contract for procurement of eight Stalker Block 35 systems to provide organic reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition capabilities for maneuver commanders. Bids were solicited online, with 10 received. Work will be performed at locations to be determined, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 30, 2026. Fiscal year and fund type will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-G-0006, W58RGZ-26-F-0333).

C2RL Engineering Inc.,* Alcoa, Tennessee, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services for the Tennessee Air and Army National Guard East Region. Bids were solicited online, with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 2, 2031. U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for Tennessee, Purchasing and Contracting, is the contracting activity (W912L7-26-D-A003).

MES-Garver JV LLC,* Tampa, Florida, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services for the Tennessee Air and Army National Guard Middle Region. Bids were solicited online, with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 2, 2031. U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for Tennessee, Purchasing and Contracting, is the contracting activity (W912L7-26-D-A001).

The Johnson-McAdams Firm P.A.,* Greenwood, Mississippi, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services for the Tennessee Air and Army National Guard West Region. Bids were solicited online, with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 2, 2031. United States Property and Fiscal Office for Tennessee, Purchasing and Contracting, is the contracting activity (W912L7-26-D-A002).

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Co., Segundo, California, has been awarded a $15,868,698 modification (FA8119-26-F-0022-P00001) to a previously awarded contract (FA8119-23-D-0002) for the procurement of versatile diagnostics automatic validation support services for B-2 contract maintenance depot program. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $15,964,204. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed by June 3, 2029. This award is the result of the original task order. Fiscal 2026 repair of control indicator, test, teardown, and evaluation of control funds in the amount of $95,506 are being obligated at time of award. Tinker Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

UPDATE: Hardigg Industries LLC, South Deerfield, Massachusetts (SPE2DH-26-D-0011, $11,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DH-21-R-0002 and awarded Feb. 10, 2022. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
