This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Jan. 21, 2029. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2029 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-26-D-B004). Avox Systems, Lancaster, New York, has been awarded a maximum $10,485,196 firm-fixed-price, definite-quantity contract for oxygen masks. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The delivery completion date is Oct. 22, 2029. Using military service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 defense working capital fund. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Richmond, Virginia (SPE4A7-26-C-0056). Point Blank Protective Apparel & Uniforms, Guánica, Puerto Rico, has been awarded a maximum $10,151,100 firm-fixed-price, definite-quantity contract for large field pack sets and pack frames. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(3), as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-3. This is a one-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Jan. 8, 2027. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-26-C-0004).  NAVY L3Harris Technologies, Communication Systems-West, Salt Lake City, Utah, is being awarded $11,955,764 for a firm-fixed-price long-term contract for the repair of one component in support of the Multifunctional Information Distribution Systems Low Volume Terminal Block Upgrade 2 with the Common Systems Integrated Weapon Support Team. The contract does not include an option provision. All work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah. Work is expected to be completed by February 2031. Applicable fiscal year working capital funds (Navy) will fund the award, but no funds are being obligated at the time of award. One source was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1) and one offer was received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00383-26-D-U001). ARMY The $10,270,400 firm-fixed-price contract (W912HY-26-C-A010) announced on Feb. 3, 2026, to Inland Dredging Company LLC, Dyersburg, Tennessee, for maintenance pipeline dredging of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway from High Island to Causeway with Chocolate Bayou in Galveston, Chambers, and Brazoria counties, Texas, was actually awarded on Feb. 5, 2026. *Small Business  **Mandatory source
