View Online IMMEDIATE RELEASE DOD Announces Instructions for Reporting Termination and Cancelation Actions Taken in Response to the Administration's Efficiency Initiatives April 3, 2025 The Department of Defense announced today, the Principal Director, Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy (DPCAP) memorandum, "Reporting Instructions to Comply with Presidential Action Memorandum 'Radical Transparency About Wasteful Spending' dated February 18, 2025," providing instructions to DoD components for complying with the corresponding Presidential memo. The DPCAP memo provides specific instructions for reporting termination and cancelation actions taken in response to the Administration's efficiency initiatives, including reporting to both the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) and the System for Award Management (SAM).
