DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY

AIX Tech LLC, Brambleton, Virginia, is awarded a $225,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (HT001526DE001) to provide a variety of acquisition and administrative support services to the Defense Health Agency, such as program management office support, acquisition planning support, engineering program management support services, procurement technician support, business operation support, content management support, computer analyst, and clerical and administrative support services. The contract has a five year ordering period with a June 14, 2031, completion date. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds were obligated at the time of award. This requirement was solicited via SAM.gov as a request for proposals. Place of performance is Aurora, Colorado; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Dayton, Ohio; Falls Church, Virginia; San Antonio, Texas; and San Diego, California. The Defense Health Agency, Enterprise Medical Services Contracting Division, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity. (Awarded March 5, 2026)

DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE 

Ernst & Young LLP, New York, New York, is being awarded maximum $28,980,853 one-year labor-hour contract extension (P00029) for financial statement audit services for the Department of Air Force (DAF). This specific and narrow requirement is to modify the existing contract to allow DAF to convert a currently ongoing audit of its Working Capital Fund (WCF) from a one-year cycle to a two-year cycle for fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2027. This will bring the total cumulative face value of existing contract HQ042321F0087 to $221,607,448 from $192,626,595. This contract was the result of a competitive acquisition for which one quote was received. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Contract Services Directorate, Columbus, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

General Dynamics Bath Iron Works, Bath, Maine, is awarded a $19,516,047 cost-plus-award-fee and cost modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-2331) to exercise options for the accomplishment of Zumwalt-class Planning Yard requirements. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine (99%) and other locations (less than 1% each, and collectively totaling 1%), and is expected to be completed by March 2027. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,895,750 (84%); and fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,875,210 (16%), will be obligated at the time of award and funds in the amount of $1,875,210 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Blind Industries and Services of Maryland,* Baltimore, Maryland, has been awarded a maximum $17,736,000 modification (P00008) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-24-D-B014) with two one-year option periods for physical fitness uniform jackets. This is an indefinite-delivery contract. Locations of performance are North Carolina and Virginia, with a March 20, 2027, ordering period end date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-24-D-B014).

AIR FORCE

Call Henry Inc., Titusville, Florida, has been awarded a $13,332,916 modification (P00035) to exercise Option Year Three, to a previously awarded contract (FA4610-23-D-0001) for maintenance, repair, and modernization services of real property and building equipment. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $76,700,539 from $63,367,623. Work will be performed at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,900,574 are being obligated at the time of award. The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg SFB, California, is the contracting activity. (Awarded March 9, 2026)

U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $12,460,795 firm-fixed-price contract (H9240826CE001) for the procurement of long-lead material to support the Small Cruise Missile program in support of U.S. Special Operations Command. The work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 26, 2029. U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.
