AIR FORCE

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., San Diego, California, was awarded a ceiling $98,871,411 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for F-16 commodities sustainment. This contract provides for sustaining engineering services to maintain operational capability of fielded avionics intermediate shop automatic test equipment commodities sustainment components. Work will be performed at San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2037. This contract involves foreign military sales to Jordan, Taiwan, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Iraq, Bahrain, Portugal, Thailand, Poland, Greece, Oman, Romania, Singapore, Türkiye, Korea, Chile, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, and Pakistan. This contract was a sole source acquisition. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Sustainment Center Supply Chain Management Division, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8251-26-D-B002). (Awarded on Feb. 20, 2026.) 

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a $32,901,795 modification (P00021) to a previously awarded contract (FA2488-24-C-B001) for Common Modular Software Defined Radio in support of the Government Reference Architecture. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $71,811,686 from $38,909,891. Work will be performed at Niceville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2028. Fiscal 2026 research and development funds in the amount of $1,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cyle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity. (Awarded on Feb. 20, 2026)

NAVY

BKM Prime AE SB JV LLC,* Baltimore, Maryland, was awarded a $50,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection architect-engineering services. Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations in Virginia (40%), Washington, D.C. (20%), and Maryland (40%), and is expected to be completed by February 2031. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and one option period, is $50,000,000. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at time of award for a minimum guarantee, of which $5,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via SAM.gov website, with 20 offers received. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Washington, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N40080-26-D-0002).

Summer Consultants Inc.,* McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $50,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection architect-engineering services. Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations in Virginia (40%), Washington, D.C. (20%), and Maryland (40%), and is expected to be completed by February 2031. EVAC North America Inc., Cherry Valley, Illinois, is being awarded $19,874,003 for a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 295 sewage pumping units in support of guided missile destroyer and amphibious transport dock ship classes. The contract does not contain an option provision. Work will be performed in Cherry Valley, Illinois (62%); and Greenville, South Carolina (38%). All work is expected to be completed by March 2027. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the contract's full amount of $19,874,003 will be obligated at time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00104-26-C-JA05).

GSE Dynamics LLC, Hauppauge, New York, is awarded a $12,778,131 hybrid, cost-plus-fixed-fee services and firm-fixed-price supplies, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for submarine fiberglass fabrication and repair. Work will be performed in Hauppauge, New York, and is expected to be completed by February 2031. Fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $500 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management (SAM) website, with one offer received. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N64498-26-D-1004).

ARMY

Bates Engineers/Contractors Inc.,* Bainbridge, Georgia (W91278-26-DA043); C & C Contractors LLC,* Notasulga, Alabama (W91278-26-DA044); Dominguez & Persons LLC,* Pensacola, Florida (W91278-26-DA045); Southeast Cherokee Construction Inc., Montgomery, Alabama (W91278-26-DA046); and Speegle Construction Inc., Niceville, Florida (W91278-26-DA047), will compete for each order of the $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for two-phase design-build construction services supporting Department of Homeland Security projects in the Mobile District area of responsibility. This total cumulative face value is $49,000,000. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 23, 2031. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District is the contracting activity.

Airborne Systems North America, Santa Ana, California, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for T-11 parachute production. The amount of this action is $23,994,267. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 31, 2027. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division is the contracting activity (W911QY-19-D-0045).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Burlington Apparel Fabrics, Charlotte, North Carolina, has been awarded a maximum $36,678,265 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for sky blue cloth. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Feb. 22, 2031. Using military service is Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2031 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-26-D-0030).  

CORRECTION: The contract announced on Feb. 11, 2026, for Metro Medical Equipment and Supply Inc.,** Saint Ann, Missouri (SPE2DH-26-D-0004), for $21,000,000 was announced with an incorrect award date. The correct award date is Feb. 18, 2026.
