NAVY

Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., Monroeville, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $812,147,242 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for naval nuclear propulsion components. Work will be performed in Monroeville, Pennsylvania (80%); and Schenectady, New York (20%), and is expected to be completed by September 2034. Fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $488,708,740 were obligated at time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity 2026 (N00024-24-C-2115). (Awarded Jan. 16, 2026)

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $380,809,286 fixed-price incentive and firm-fixed-price modification (P00010) to a contract (N0001925C0071). This modification definitized the contract for a total of $476,519,069 and adds scope for the Lot Five and Lot Six recertification and modernization of Tomahawk Missiles; depot operations; recertification hardware; and Tomahawk Spares and/or replacement components, including rotable pool assets. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (30%); Boulder, Colorado (28%); Pontiac, Michigan (11%); Lincoln, Nebraska (6%); Clearwater, Florida (6%); Irvine, California (5%); East Camden, Arkansas (3%); Keyser, West Virginia (2%); Chandler, Arizona (1%); Huntsville, Arkansas (1%); Ontario, California (1%); Los Alamitos, California (1%); Midland, Canada (1%); and various other continental U.S. locations (6%), and is expected to be completed in April  2029. Fiscal 2024 missile procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $7,297,580; fiscal 2024 procurement (Marine Corp) funds in the amount of $4,776,598; fiscal 2024 weapon procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $202,131,943; fiscal 2025 weapon procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $155,042,288; and Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $99,449,027, will be obligated at the time of award, $214,206,121 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001925C0071).

Critical Communications, Controls and Instruments LLC,* Exeter, New Hampshire (N6833526D0005); Calzoni S.R.L, Caldereara di Reno, Italy (N6833526D0006); and Valkyrie Enterprisers LLC, Virginia Beach, Virginia (N6833526D0007), are each awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award contract. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $70,000,000, with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders. These contracts procure Horizon Reference Systems (HRS) for various Navy vessels for the aircraft launch and recovery equipment program office. The HRS scope includes design, installation, and support requirements to equip future Freedom and Independence class littoral combat ships, Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyers, and possible future ship classes not yet defined with a HRS. Additionally, retrofit legacy HRS may be installed on Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyers and Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser ship classes under this effort. Work will be performed in Exeter New Hampshire; Caldereara di Reno, Italy; and Virginia Beach, Virginia. The percentage of work performed at each location is not known until award of individual orders and is expected to be completed in January 2031. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. These contracts were competitively procured as an unrestricted full and open competition; three proposals were received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $58,994,042 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-23-C-5410) to exercise options for Standard Missiles 2 and 6 (SM-2/6) engineering and technical support. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Australia, Chile, Denmark, and South Korea. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by March 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,525,000 (50%); Foreign Military Sales (FMS) (South Korea) funds in the amount of $746,250 (25%); FMS (Chile) funds in the amount of $311,850 (10%); FMS (Denmark) funds in the amount of $295,000 (10%); and FMS (Australia) funds in the amount of $148,000 (5%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity. (Awarded Jan. 20, 2026)

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $22,220,762 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for lifecycle logistics, and engineering and technical services for all in-service or post-production Aegis Weapon System combatant ships, Coast Guard cutters, the Surface Combat Systems Center, the AEGIS Training and Readiness Center, and the Integrated Warfare Systems Laboratory. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $99,903,347. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by January 2027. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2031. Fiscal 2026 operation & maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,611,973 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, California, is the contracting activity (N6339426C4001).

Integer Technologies LLC,* Columbia, South Carolina, is awarded a $10,657,183 option exercise contract modification (P00001) to a contract (N0001425C2204) for the "Intelligent Autonomous Systems for Seabed Warfare" effort. The modification provides continuing science and technology research into an operational decision-support tool for intelligent autonomous systems conducting seabed warfare and undersea missions. The tool consists of physics and data-based models, deployed at the edge, that allow for real-time processing of seabed warfare sensor datasets, monitoring of the evolving environmental conditions in an area of operation, and real-time adaptation of onboard data collection, data processing, and vehicle command parameters to maximize the likelihood of mission success. The tool has the potential to improve the intelligence and independence of autonomous systems employed on seabed warfare missions, to enable multi-domain seabed warfare missions, and allow for autonomous systems to operate for significantly longer with minimal human intervention. The project will develop and demonstrate the application of edge deployed modeling and simulation tools, combined with artificial intelligence and machine learning to real-time decision making for intelligent autonomous systems. Work will be performed in Columbia, South Carolina, and is expected to be completed in January 2029. The total cumulative value of this contract is $24,803,999, inclusive of the base amount of $4,377,498; the Option One amount of $10,657,183; and the Option Two amount of $9,769,318. The base is fully funded in the amount of $4,377,498, while Option One will be incrementally funded with an initial obligation of $6,630,250. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,630,250 are obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Lockheed Martin, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $202,782,136 modification (PZ0009) to contract W31P4Q-22-C-0060 for inspection, recertification, and repair of PAC-3 missiles to return them to serviceable condition. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2028. Fiscal 2022 Foreign Military Sales (Taiwan) funds in the amount of $52,382,136 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity. 

Mohawk Northeast Inc., Plantsville, Connecticut, was awarded a $24,434,100 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a jetty spur. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Saco, Maine, with an estimated completion date of July 19, 2027. Fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $24,434,100 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, is the contracting activity (W912WJ-26-C-A001). 

Range Generation Next LLC, Sterling, Virginia, was awarded a $21,226,080.25 modification (P00033) to contract W9113M-23-C-0062 for Reagan Test Site engineering and technical services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $546,696,690. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 1, 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $21,226,080 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Washington, was awarded a $170,444,462 firm-fixed-price task order for the Cloud One Program. This contract provides for Microsoft Azure cloud service offerings in support of the Air Force's Cloud One Program and their customers. Work will be performed at the contractors designated facilities across the contiguous U.S. and is expected to be completed by Dec. 7, 2028. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,944,400 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8726-26-F-B007).  
 
University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii, has been awarded an $11,980,000 cost-no-fee contract for Pacific Architecture for Rapid Space Exploitation and Control. This contract provides for unique satellite resiliency research and modeling to support Air Force Research Laboratory's Maui High Performance Computing Center. Work will be performed in Maui, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by May 1, 2031. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition under the Air Force Research Laboratory's Directed Energy Technology Experimentation and Research Advance Research Announcement. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $1,778,584 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (FA9451-26-C-X001). 

DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health LLC, San Diego, California, was awarded a modification for Option Year One in the amount of $9,056,505 (P00005) to previously awarded contract HT941025C0002. The total contract value (including all option years) is $51,193,849. The contract is for information management information technology to support Air Force and Navy medical treatment facilities within the U.S Indo Pacific, Pacific Rim, and Central Networks for 43 positions. The contracting activity is Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division West, San Diego, California.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

UPDATE: Genesis Vision Inc.,* Rochester, New York (SPE2DF-26-D-0005, $41,250,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for optical frames for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DE-24-R-0002 and awarded May 1, 2024. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
