SECURITY COUNCIL LIVE: Take 'immediate steps' to de-escalate tensions, urges top UN official following alleged Russian violation of Estonian airspace Ambassadors met in New York in emergency session on Monday morning after planes from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) intercepted three Russia jets in Estonian airspace last Friday, according to the Estonian Government.
