Senior Enlisted Advisor Announcement
July 8, 2025

The Office of the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OSEAC) announced today the following assignment:

United States Army Sergeant Major Petra M. Casarez, currently assigned as the Sergeant Major for Headquarters, Department of the Army G-4, has been selected to replace United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Alvin Dyer as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Defense Logistics Agency.
