View Online FOR RELEASE AT 5 PM ET Contracts For May 4, 2026 ARMY Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Co., White Hall, Arkansas, was awarded a $141,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for maintenance dredging. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 5, 2029. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana, is the contracting activity (W912P8-25-D-0001). (Awarded Oct. 30, 2024). PCX Aerostructures LLC, Newington, Connecticut, was awarded a $105,048,205 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance and overhaul of the rotary wing head for the AH-64 Apache helicopter. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of May 2, 2031. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-D-0045). Franconia Real Estate Services Inc., Parsippany, New Jersey, was awarded a $32,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for relocation and property management services in support of the Defense National Relocation Program. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date is May 3, 2031. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W912DR-26-A-A001). AIR FORCE USfalcon Inc., Cary, North Carolina, has been awarded an $84,300,788 cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for Acquisition Support, Systems Engineering, and Technological Services II. This contract provides advisory and assistance services for Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. Work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 19, 2030. This contract was a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $1,098,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Offutt AFB, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (FA2217-26-F-B007).    Goldbelt Apex, Herndon, Virginia was awarded a maximum $73,574,728, firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance of War Reserve Materiel. This contract provides for in-garrison maintenance of War Reserve Materiel at Consolidated Storage/Deployment Centers both in-garrison, travel maintenance, and logistical support throughout the continental U.S (CONUS). Work will be performed at various CONUS locations and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2029. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $20,275,775 are being obligated at the time of award. The 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8052-26-C-0006). (Awarded May 1, 2026).     Vectrus Systems LLC, a V2X Co., Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $27,590,892 hybrid, firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, and cost reimbursement contract for electronic system security manager services and support. This contract provides for electronic system security manager services and support for designated stand-off weapons and critical advanced technology, including accountability, inventory management, intrusion detection system operations, and contractor logistics support. Work will be performed at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2031. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This contract was a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. FMS funds in the amount of $9,975,510 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA2381-26-F-B009). (Awarded April 30, 2026).   Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, has been awarded a $27,456,111 modification (P00006) to previously awarded contract FA8820-25-C-B002 for the Space Fence System (AN/FSY-3, radar, space surveillance). This contract provides for the continued provision of highly specialized services of the Space Fence System original equipment manufacturer to execute a variety of detection, tracking, and intelligence capabilities. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $66,142,810 from $59,948,252. Work will be performed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida; and the Kwajalein Atoll, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $25,140,000 are being obligated at time of award. Space Force Space Systems Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the contracting activity. (Awarded April 30, 2026).  NAVY Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded an $18,638,744 modification (P00018) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N0001924C0011). This modification increases the not-to-exceed value of the contract to procure additional special tooling and test equipment in support of F-35 canopy tooling for the Joint Strike Fighter program for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and non-U.S. Department of War (DOW) participants. Work will be performed in Graden Grove, California, and is expected to be completed in January 2027. Fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $5,716,379; fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,716,380; and non-U.S. DOW funds in the amount of $2,546,299, will be obligated at the of award, $11,432,759 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded $18,616,507 for firm-fixed price delivery order (N00383-26-F-Y61F) under previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-22-G-Y601) for the purchase of 91 rotary rudder blades in support of the H60 aircraft. All work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and work is expected to be completed by May 2041. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Taiwan (48%), Norway (18%), Australia (11%), Republic of Korea (8%), Greece (7%), Spain (4%), India (2%), and Israel (2%). FMS funds (Taiwan) in the amount of $9,001,388 (48%); FMS funds (Norway) in the amount of $3,273,232 (18%); FMS funds (Australia) in the amount of $2,045,770 (11%); FMS funds (Republic of Korea) in the amount of $1,432,039 (8%); FMS (Greece) funds in the amount of $1,227,462 (7%); FMS (Spain) funds in the amount of $818,308 (4%); FMS (India) funds in the amount of $409,154 (2%); and FMS (Israel) funds in the amount of $409,154 (2%), will be obligated at time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity. Peraton Inc., Herndon, Virginia, is awarded a $17,383,492 cost reimbursement contract (N6600126C0039) for Expeditionary Unmanned Systems Operations and fleet support representative support at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific and Fleet commands which have fielded MK 18 systems. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (65%); Little Creek, Virginia (15%); and various locations outside the continental U.S., including Spain, Bahrain and Okinawa (20%). This one-year contract includes four one-year options which, if exercised, would bring the overall potential value of this contract to an estimated $90,685,458. The period of performance of the base award is from May 4, 2026, to May 3, 2027. If all options are exercised, the period of performance would extend through May 2031. Funds from operations maintenance (Navy); and research, development, test, and evaluation, will be obligated at the time of award, of which $6,475.333 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was awarded as a sole-source acquisition pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1). Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego, California, is the contracting activity. Packet Digital LLC,* Fargo, North Dakota, is awarded a $9,799,991 order (N6833526F1090) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N6833522G0020). This order provides for the installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment, procurement of raw materials, battery pack testing, and execution of pilot and low-rate production runs of battery cells for the Navy’s advanced family of batteries. This effort is a Small Business Innovation Research Phase III award under Topic N07-160, “Power Suite for Distributed Operations.” The work also supports domestic production of lithium-based battery cells and battery packs for Department of War applications under the Accelerate the Procurement and Fielding of Innovative Technologies program. In addition, it advances the localization of battery manufacturing in the U.S., enabling a family of modular batteries designed and produced domestically and reducing reliance on foreign sources. Work will be performed in Fargo, North Dakota (98%); Minneapolis, Minnesota (1%); and Gainesville, Georgia (1%), and is expected to be completed in November 2027. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,472,323; and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,327,668, will be obligated at the time of award, $2,472,323 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.  L3 Technologies Inc., Herdon, Virginia, is awarded a $9,076,589 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost only modification to exercise the option for program management, systems engineering, software development, risk management, algorithm and software prototype development, configuration management, and information assurance in support of Undersea Warfare and Surface Warfare systems. Work will be performed in Herndon, Virginia (88%) Keyport, Washington (6%); and San Diego, California (6%), and is expected to be completed by May 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $743,000 (39%); fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $610,000 (32%); fiscal 2025 RECON operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $432,000 (23%); and Foreign Military Sales (Australia) funds in the amount of $119,132 (6%), will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY CORRECTION: The contract announced on April 28, 2026, for Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., Winsor Locks, Connecticut (SPRTA1-26-F-0028), for $30,019,609 was announced with an incorrect award date.
