View Online IMMEDIATE RELEASE Command Senior Enlisted Leader Assignment Sept. 17, 2024 The Office of the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff announced today the following assignment: Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Eric D. Cook, currently assigned as command senior enlisted leader for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific, Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii, has been selected to replace Navy Fleet Master Chief David Islom as command senior enlisted leader, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii.

On-Camera Press Briefing

View Online IMMEDIATE RELEASE On-Camera Press Briefing SEPT. 17, 2024 Pentagon Press Secretary Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder will hold an on-camera press briefing in the Pentagon Press Briefing Room, 2D972, at 2:30 p.m. EDT today. There will be 60 chairs for reporters in the room. The seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one seat per news organization is authorized. Wi-Fi will be available in the Press Briefing Room. A screen in the foyer in the 2D972 entrance will have the password. The briefing will be livestreamed on Defense.gov,  "X" (formerly Twitter) and Zoom. It will also air on Channel 2 in the Pentagon.
